Day 10 - Eggs and "Spuds"

I am on a break from training and have to post my newest Paleo discovery. I love turnips... well turnips with ghee and onions. The turnips replace potatoes, but are much more flavorful and sweet. I tried grating the turnip to give it more of a hashbrown look, but the pieces were too small. I used the slicing side of my box grater.

I used one turnip for one serving, a touch of onion and fresh dill for color.
