Breakfast from the corporate cafe: Two eggs and two pieces of bacon.
Lunch: Salad bar topped with Roast Beef and 1/2 Avocado. Dressing was olive oil and red wine vinegar. Hiding under the meat was broccoli, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato and pepperochini.
This looks boring but was actually very good for road cuisine.
