Day 12 - Cauliflower Scramble & Pork Chop

Breakfast: Scramble with eggs, cauliflower, criminis, red bell, summer squash, ground beef and salsa. It was so good that I had two servings. I swam after boot camp this morning which is why I was so hungry.

Late Lunch:
Pork Chop, half of an avocado and a side of cucumber and tomato topped with lemon vinegarette and sliced almonds.

I am going to be on the road for the next week which is going to be a huge challenge. Get ready for some blackberry pics. I don't know how to blog from the phone, so I will catch up when I can. Jasmine, I'll be texting you to keep me honest. Keep blogging! I'll be checking in on you. Love you

If you go into your blog "settings" there is an "email & mobile" section. You can just choose an email address there and send your blog entries by email. If you want...
